Delivery information

We deliver flowers, plants, and Knitwear.

A delivery fee of € 10 will be added to each order.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.

Same day delivery available if you ordered before 12a.m. Orders placed after 12 a.m is next day delivery.

Saturday deliveries are available for orders placed by 11a.m

If a customer reports that an order is not delivered, we will contact the florist in a reasonable amount of time to determine the arrangement's whereabouts. We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if (a) the recipient is not home during the time of delivery; or (b) no neighbours is available to accept the delivery on behalf of the recipient.

If it is determined that the courier did not make the delivery attempt, we will gladly provide you with a refund.
